About Kitchen 91

Cook, Poppy Cartwright with a Sicilian heritage, opened Kitchen 91 with her husband, Matthew Shelton. Offering Italian fine dining elegance in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere set within their home in 2022. In 2023 a new modest and renovated premises was located and opened in the heart of Hebden Bridge. It has since received recognition and has also been included within the UK’s top 54 Italian restaurants, selected by the Good Food Guide.
